I love The regency series Alvarez guitar. My current guitar is an Alvarez Black RD20S, real nice looker ,easy to play, thin profile neck, came with with a lightweight case, that had Alvarezes' logo on the side. This is a Martin Size dreadnought, some dreads are bigger, some smaller, Alvarez is right on, except for the thinner neck. Mine came set up from an online merchant. They are set up pretty good to begin with, from St Louis Music shop before it hits the stores. The frets are fat on this well finished Rosewood fretboard. Alvarez has had my attention for about the last 5 years and this RD20S is doing well. They do need their care. Light guitar, which makes it very resonant, you have to keep it humidified in dry or cold weather.Alvarez RD20S Acoustic Guitar, Natural
Customer Review: Wonderful Guitar
I bought this guitar on a whim. I love the sound of this guitar, it has a warm sound to it. I am just a beginner but my Fiance has been playing for years. I can't get a chance to play it because he is playing it all the time. This is the first Acoustic Guitar that he absolutely loves. The action is low so it's easier to play. I have elixer strings on it. There is nothing bad I can say about it. I am thinking of getting the electric-acoustic with cutaway.
